“I have been training with Dave for around 15 years and in that time he has continued to push me to help find a level of fitness I did not think that I could achieve. Each session is enjoyable, unique and is genuinely a huge part of my wellbeing. It is one of the highlights of my week which is not something most people can say about going to the gym!”
